Two men killed in Dublin collision
Dublin- Two men have been killed in a road traffic collision on the N7 Naas Road at Citywest.
The collision happened at around 6am this morning when a Fiat Punto travelling the wrong way down the southbound side of the N7 struck a Honda coming the other direction.
The 19-year-old man from Palmerstown and his 20-year-old companion from Clondalkin, who were in the Fiat, were pronounced dead at Tallaght hospital. A 27-year-old off-duty garda, who was the sole occupant of the Honda, and who was on his way home to Naas after completing a shift, was also injured and was brought to the same hospital. He remains seriously ill there tonight.
