10th anniversary of Good Friday Agreement to be celebrated

Dublin- Bertie Ahern says the day will come when the IRA will be nothing more than a commemorative organisation. The Taoiseach's given an interview to mark the 10th anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement, reached on April 10th 1998. He says so long as the organisation still exists, there's always the danger that with authority or without it, certain atrocities will happen.
