Worried about rent in Dublin ?
Dublin- The increase of house and apartment rent is one of the major problem for not only Nepalese in Dublin, but also for many people who is residing in Dublin. Resently, the rent is increased by 200 to 400 euro per apartment in Dublin area. Many people in Dublin have to face a big problem with the increase.
But, a Neplese in Dublin, Ananda Kumar informed nepalinireland.blogspot.com that there is one solution about rent. He said that, If any one have signed contract with landlords then you could contact with PRTB or TRESHOLD office, which are very harsh to the landlords not to tenants. They can increase max 5-10 % not 20-30% in rent. There are websites http://www.prtb.ie/ and http://www.threshold.ie/ where any one could go through the tenants right. There is not much hassle, just tenats have to ring them then they will ring to the landlord onbehalf of tenants. There is 99.99 % of chance to win case if anything happens.
