Ireland's wealthiest non-resident due to tax purposes

Dublin- It's understood over 3,000 Irish citizens are classified as tax exiles.
It's also emerged that 19 of Ireland's wealthiest citizens are non-resident here for tax purposes.
This includes those with assets of over 50 million Euro.
