Many parts of Ireland still affected by floods

Dublin- Many parts of Ireland are still affected by floods, following torrential overnight rain. Roads in Cork, Kilkenny, Waterford, Wicklow and Tipperary are still blocked - with drivers being forced to take long diversions. Towns in County Cork along the route of the River Blackwater are amongst the worst affected.
