Galway and Westport trains back in action
Dublin- Galway and Westport train services are operating normally today.Iarnród Éireann has said services affected as part of on-going unofficial strike action are back running.However drivers based in Cork are continuing to refuse to work normal rosters causing significant disruption to rail services in Cork and Kerry.The stoppage began when a Cork-based driver refused to facilitate training of new drivers and was taken off the payroll.Around 20,000 passengers were affected by some 30 services being cancelled yesterday.
