warn of the dangers of driving and talking on the phone
Dublin- Talking to someone on their mobile phone, when you know they're driving, makes you just as guilty as the driver. That's the message from the Road Safety Authority, Ireland which says you are four times more likely to have a crash if you drive while using your phone.
Over 35,000 people have been caught for the offence since September 2006 in Ireland.
